With the internet, Internet users can become the creators and actors of communication instead of the Top Down communication that prevailed before the emergence of the Web. Indeed on the Web, it is not the Great Mass of the 20h, with a majority of the audience concentrated around a message, but a multitude of small ceremonies Tribues with their Gurus (ex: ConseilsMarketing.fr for the Marketing, AccessoWeb for high tech …). There are a multitude of communities that are not necessarily connected to each other, with Internet users who can evolve from one community to another (depending on age, passions, fashion, news …) or be totally sealed from each other. It is therefore necessary to adopt a new way of communicating, to know its environment (to identify where the exchanges are made), to get in contact with the Net surfers and to animate a community, while working on the duration.
